To clear up some confusion during Prom, parents are encouraged to take pictures on the send off, but you will have an opportunity to take pictures on campus as well. There will be a barricade which will allow safe distance for all. Students will be presented for a photo before entering.
Superintendent Stone

Hello Lee County,
Atlas testing is coming soon! Seventh through tenth grade students will test next week April 30th-May 2nd. Third through sixth grade students will test May 9th-May 6th.

Good Evening Lee County,
Prom is this Saturday! With all of the violent acts happening in the communities around us, we want to ensure safety for all. Students deserve to have a good time and not be concerned about their safety. Please take your pictures during your prom send off at the house. Professional pictures will be taken onsite and shared on Trojan Dome. For safety reasons the campus will be closed off by law enforcement and cars will be checked before entering the campus. Please note the following Prom Warnings!

Good evening Lee County,
Tomorrow is the last day of our extended days. Students will be dismissed at regular time. All of the inclement days will be accounted for. Thank you for your support during this time. The district made good use of this additional instructional time to help prepare students for the upcoming ATLAS assessment.
Thanks,
Superintendent Stone

Good evening Parents,
There will be a financial literacy workshop on tomorrow Monday 11, 2024 at Anna Strong Learning Academy. Participants will learn how money works. This event will begin at 5:30 p.m. Come out and engage in this learning opportunity.

Hello High School Parents,
The administrative team sent home a cell phone policy with students on Friday. Please review it. I will support the team in following this reasonable request. Phones can only be used before school, during their lunch only (unless it becomes a problem) and after school. First offense, the phone will be taken and given back to the student at the end of the school day. Second offense, the phone will be taken and given to parents at the end of the day. The phone must be left home for five days. Third offense, the phone will taken and given to parents at the end of the day. The phone must be left home for the rest of the semester. We need your help with this.
Superintendent Stone

Good Morning Lee County,
The millage campaign was not successful this time. We will continue to work hard educating students. We will also try again because we believe that your kids deserve the best we can offer. We need your continued support.
We can do this with your help,
Superintendent Stone

Good evening parents,
Remember to go out and exercise your right to vote today. Your vote matters and could make a positive difference in the future of the school district. Let's vote for kids!

Hello Parents,
Beginning this week, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, the Lee County School District will begin the extended day to make up instructional time missed due to inclement weather. The additional "Power Hour" we spend will students will be intentionally planned for test prep. I want to assure you that this time will be filled with academic rigor for all students. We are dividing students into smaller groups and assigning staff accordingly. Please work with us ensuring that ALL students are present at school each day.
Thanks,
Superintendent Stone

Hello Lee County,
Your vote matters and could make a difference in the community for the schools. Individuals are putting out false information trying to keep your kids from getting what they deserve. Monday is the last day of early voting! If you are still unsure about the millage, come out to the community forum Monday night at the Civic Center at 6:00 p.m. and be correctly informed. Community members and others will be able to give you the true information. Let's do this for the kids!
