This is a reminder that tomorrow is an early release Wednesday. All Kindergarten through twelfth grade students will be dismissed at 1:30. Pre Kindergarten students are dismissed at their regular time. Students will begin fall break on Thursday, August 28th and return to school on September 10, 2024. Don't forget to attend your child's parent teacher conference on Thursday beginning at 3:30!

The district has implemented early release Wednesdays twice a month according to our approved calendar. The purpose of the early release days is for student data review and staff training. This time will be designed for teachers to receive professional development for student success. The schools will be sending home information and a calendar for your reference. The first early release Wednesday will be August 21, 2024.

Students return to school this Thursday, July 25, 2024. Here are a few things that you should know about this school year. 1- School times are 7:45-3:20. 2- Students cell phones will be taken up at the beginning of each class to allow students to focus on instruction. 3- High school student being dropped off at school, must be dropped off on the east side of the building (Hwy 1 side). We look forward to seeing students back Thursday!

I hope you and your family are staying cool and enjoying the summer break. I want to encourage all students to read at least 20 minutes a day Monday through Friday during the break. We will have registration and check-in on Thursday, July 11th. There will be food and fun while you register and update student information.

Hello Lee County,
The High School Graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Our goal is to celebrate the Class of 2024 in an orderly manner. The following guidelines will be enforced for the ceremony.
1- Only clear or bags no larger than your hand will be allowed inside.
2- Individuals with tickets will be able to enter beginning at 5:15 p.m.
3- Once the processional begins, doors will be closed until the graduates are seated.
4- Individuals under the influence or smell of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to enter.
Remember this is a celebration for the class of 2024 and we want this experience to be positive.
